Stefano Doldi “Skopre” presents “Grail” (chalice), a bicycle frame with an extremely innovative design that offers significant and unmatched improvements in terms of Performance, Safety, and Comfort. A revolutionary concept, patented by the late American Ronald Eugene Lester “Don Lester”.
	Originally, a small series in cro-moly steel was built by the American framebuilder Ben Serotta. Don Lester gave one of them to Stefano Doldi at the Intercycle show in Anaheim, California, with the promise of bringing it to Italy – the homeland of the “Campionissimi” and the most iconic cycling brands.
Grail was then crafted by expert artisans exclusively to measure, in both aluminum and carbon fiber, for a very limited number of high-level amateur cyclists, who helped prove its effectiveness through competitive performance results.

The features of the Grail frame are unique and uncompromising

• Unmatched stiffness and responsiveness in power transfer from pedaling to the wheel, thanks to the special undeformable triangular structure in the lowered rear/lower triangle (the same concept used for high-voltage pylons). • Unmatched comfort, thanks to the exceptional absorption of stress and vibrations, achieved by moving the seat stay junction from the seat tube to the down tube, leaving the seat tube independent. This allows for shock-absorbing flex between the front and rear triangles, which interlock dynamically, providing relief to the lower back area. • Unmatched road holding on descents, during braking, and in corners, thanks to the lowered center of gravity resulting from the connection point of the rear stays being in the middle of the down tube. In corners, the frame twists slightly along its length, allowing the rear wheel to stay more vertical to the road, ensuring better grip and reducing the risk of skidding.
	Frames with traditional design can only offer a compromise between different features, which until now have never truly been compatible. Grail frames are produced in Italy by expert craftsmen, one at a time and exclusively made to measure, resulting in an unconditional integration and perfect symbiosis between cyclist and bike.
